Brexit Breaking News – Labour Brexit Spokesman: PM May Should Cancel The Vote On Her Brexit Deal
Theresa May has said MPs have “one last chance” to deliver Brexit, urging them to back what she called a “new deal”.
The key points of the PM’s revised plan are:
✅ A guarantee of a Commons vote on whether to hold another referendum on the government’s Brexit deal, with a promise to honour the outcome
✅ A vote on different customs options, including a government proposal for a temporary customs union for goods – what Mrs May called a “customs compromise”
✅ A legal obligation for the UK to “seek to conclude alternative arrangements” to replace the Northern Ireland backstop by the end of 2020.
✅ If the backstop does come into force, the bill would guarantee Northern Ireland remains aligned with the rest of the UK and remains in same customs territory
✅ Legislation to ensure workers rights are “every bit as good if not better” after Brexit and guarantees of no dilution in environmental standards
✅ A legal duty to seek changes to the political declaration on future relations with the EU
The way in the commodity market is clear about the investment of mutual funds. SEBI has set guidelines for this. Under this, funds are allowed to invest in commodity futures. In addition, Gold ETFs have also been included as derivatives products. MFs will be able to invest in commodities through futures. They will not be allowed to shorten in the commodity. Apart from this, foreign investors should not have money in the MFs scheme. They can not even invest in the sensitivity commodity. In the commodity of mutual funds, the position limit will also be decided. Gold ETFs also get gold futures status under the new rules.
कमोडिटी मार्केट में म्युचुअल फंडों के निवेश को लेकर रास्ता साफ हो गया है। सेबी ने इसके लिए गाइडलाइंस तय कर दी है। इसके तहत फंडों को कमोडिटी वायदा में निवेश की इजाजत है। इसके अलावा गोल्ड ETFs को भी डेरिवेटिव प्रोडक्ट के तौर पर शामिल कर लिया गया है। एमएफ सिर्फ वायदा के जरिये कमोडिटी में निवेश कर सकेंगे। इनको कमोडिटी में शॉर्ट करने की इजाजत नहीं होगी। इसके अलावा MFs स्कीम में विदेशी निवेशकों का पैसा नहीं होना चाहिए। ये सेंसिटिव कमोडिटी में भी निवेश नहीं कर सकेंगे। म्युचुअल फंडों की कमोडिटी में पोजिशन लिमिट भी तय होगी। नए नियमों के तहत गोल्ड ETFs को भी सोना वायदा का दर्जा मिला है।
