- Applicants should have at least 20 years experience with the last 5 in a leadership role.
- Current CEO Ashish Kumar Chauhan is set to leave the post with his two consecutive five-year terms as CEO since 2012 coming to an end.

Ruchi Soya Jumps Most In 2 Years
Shares of Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. as much as 18%, the most in two years. Trading volume was quadruple the average for this time of the day.
This comes a day after SEBI opened a withdrawal window in Ruchi Soya follow-on public offer after the company sent misleading and fraudulent SMSs to advertise the offer
Motherson Sumi Wiring Sees Large Trades
Shares of Motherson Sumi Wiring Ltd. fell as much as 5% in early trade after about 73 lakh shares of the company changed hands in two bunches.
Buyers and sellers were not immediately known.
The firm listed on NSE and BSE yesterday, with ICICI Direct expecting the entity to command premium valuations with fair value pegged at Rs 70 per share. The record date the demerger was Jan. 7.
